Lynette
::Lynette opened up her mouth to say something, but Shane was gone. She looked at Dylan and sighed.::
"Dylan..." she poured some coffee for her. "Here, Dyl. I'm not even gonna ask how you got booze this time. But--would you please not make your ride home in a cop car? I'm trying to keep you out of trouble, and your dad would kill me if he knew what I let you get away with."

Dylan
She smiled taking another bite of the apple.
"Aunt, I wasn't even drunk. It was a spell. I was bored."
Shaking her head at the mention of her father.
"Like that deadbeat even cares, if he did he wouldn't have shipped me here...to you!"
She saw the look on her aunts face.
"No disrespect."
Trying to cover it up.

Lynette
"Almost none taken." she said, looking away from Dylan. "You know, I can understand why you knock your father, because yes, he did dump you two every chance he got. But when you came here, I welcomed you two with open arms and I bust my ass to do right for seven of you." she said, not harshly, but seriously enough to make her point clear. "The least you could do is make it a little easier."
::She sat down with a cup of coffee for herself at the kitchen table, looking at Dylan.::
"I love you guys, I really do, but I am at my wit's end of what to do, Dylan. You've got a record because of the stunts you pull, and one day when you want to be somebody you're going to be held back by that, and I have no idea why I'm even othering going through all of this, because you've heard it before. I hate when I ramble into a lecture." A silence occurred. "I'm gonna get the boys ready for bed, and Penny down for a feeding. I'll be right back."
::She took a aip of her coffee, and got up to get the boys inside, bathed, and into bed, bringing Penny down when she came back downstairs.::

Dylan
Shaking her head she heard her aunt, but she didn't want to hear it.
"Hey there, Pen."
Smiling at her little cousin she tried to make no eye contact with her.
"Well, I'm outta." She moved towards the door, threw on her coat and left.

Lynette
::She shook her head, picking up Penny. She fed her and put the sleepy baby back down, as it was late. Quarter to 11 p.m. Checking on the kids one last time, and making sure Lohan was asleep in Lynette's bedroom, she went back downstairs to watch tv until Shane had decided to come home, or call if she was trashed.::

Shane
It was late. Much later than she had told her aunt she would be home. Shane knew she shouldn't have stayed out, but she was having too much fun with the girls. She figured that since Lohan and Dylan were pretty much the two trouble makers of the week, she could easily get out of trouble for coming home at 5 am. Quietly, she opened the front door and shut it softly. Shane crept towards the kitchen to get a bottle of water and then head up to her room.

Dylan
Entering the manor she noticed her sister going to her room.
"So...just getting home I see?"
She eyed her sister hanging up her coat at the same time and taking off her shoes throwing them on the sofa in the other room.
"Nice to see I'm not the only one who can have fun. But hey, we do have the same genes."
She gave her sister a smile before heading for the stairs too.

Shane
She looked up suddenly, shocked by her sister's sudden appearance.
"God, Dylan just scare me half to death why don't you? Aunt Lynette let you go out? You came home with cops. I thought for sure you'd be grounded."

Dylan
Looking back at Shane she smiled.
"Aunt Lyn, doesn't have it in her to ground me."
Shaking her head.
"And if she did, do you think I'd listen?"
She folded her arms.

Lynette
::Standing in the doorway, she spoke up.::
"Probably not, because you're not a minor anymore." she watched as the two turned their heads, not aware that she was there. "But you are, Shane, so for the next two weeks your curfew is 11 and no later."
::She walked off, eyes weary from staring at the tv until she heard Shane come in. Lynette went into her bedroom, and laid down next to Lohan in the bed.::
Thank god I don't have to work tomorrow...

Shane
She scoffed and turned to look at her sister scandalously.
"Thanks, Dylan. If you hadn't distracted me, I'd be up in my room right now and Aunt Lyn would never had known. God! For once can't you just cover my back and let me be?!"
She stormed up to her room and closed the door quietly, locking it behind her.

Dylan
Mouth open and arms out she scoffed.
"I didn't do anything! How was I supposed to know she was there!"
Shaking her head she retreated to her room, placing on some Maroon 5 to ease herself.
"Everything is my fault...I don't believe this."
She placed her head in her pillow.

Lynette
::Waking up the next morning, she was the first up. She went downstairs, and started breakfast, setting the table while it was cooking. The coffee pot was already going.::
So that's one less thing I've got to worry about.
::She sook the food off the burner just as Lohan was coming down the stairs in her usual way: like a sloth. Eyes closed and head back, she stopped on each step and stood there for a moment before going to the next.::
Lohan
"Uhhnn..."
Lynette
"Good morning to you too, Lo." she looked up at her, smiling at the ever familiar sight of this. "Don't fall the rest of the way down. We don't need you hurt." she told her. "You want breakfast?"
Lohan
"Mm-hmm." she semi-nodded, being careful not to fall. When she was finally down, she plopped down in her regular seat.
Lynette
What am I forgetting?
Lohan
She looked around the table, noticing she was thirsty. "OJ, Aunt Lynny?" she asked, looking up to her aunt.
Lynette
"Oh yeah, that's it." She poured drinks for everybody, and waited for them to come down.

Shane
She came down the stairs a little slower than normal, Penny in her arms and the terrible three almost right behind her. She was already dressed for the day. Shane was never one who needed tons of sleep. One of her faults that was sure to bite her in the butt in some later years.
"Crying baby for you, Aunt Lynette." She handed off Penny and grabbed the coffee pot which was now full. Then, as usual she started listing off her activities for the day.
"Okay, so I have to go in to town today to get some new shinguards, mine are totally busted, but I can do that by myself. I won't be gone longer than an hour cause I know you have that whole punishment thing goin on. Then I said I'd watch the boys and Penny this afternoon for you. That is if you're still going out. Then I guess I'm just stuck here for the rest of the day."
She sat down at the table and sipped some of her coffee, looking up at her aunt. Shane seemed nonphased by the events of last night, more rather upbeat about everything.

Lynette
"Go ahead and get some new shin guards, Shane."
::She took Penny from Shane, and got her a bottle.::
"Porter, Preston!" she said, breaking up an early morning slap fight between the twins with one hand. "Stop it and sit down please."
::She sat Penny down in her high chair, and passed out the breakfast to the kids.::
"Does, um..." she stood up, sratching her head with one hand, and putting her other on her hip. "...Does anyone know if Dylan's home or not? If she is I don't want to wake her up."
